BEACH VILLA Camurupim is a modern condominium which consists of four apartments, two bungalows and a studio. The villa is a one-of-a-kind in the wide area, and was created under Dutch architecture.BEACH VILLA Camurupim is ideal for kite surfers and families. An apartment is very suitable for a family, or one or two couples.The suites are very comfortable and spacious. They are designed to use the wind for a comfortable climate, but of course all bedrooms are equiped with air-conditioning if you prefer cooler temperatures during the night.

The very spacious apartments have all modern facilities you require for a pleasant stay. You will find the luxury of a hotel, but space and privacy of your own house. Every apartment has 2 bedrooms, both with their private bathroom. Every apartment has a spacious livingroom with a fully equiped kitchen. Because of the big glass sliding doors you always have spectacular views over the ocean, dunes and the garden.
The ‘mirante’ on the rooftop is accessible for all, and provides great views over the wide area. Enjoy a beautiful sunrise or sunset.
In the garden we have a swimming pool with a wooden deck where you can relax, sunbathe or cool down while your kids play in the little pool.
All bedrooms have their private bathroom and a private veranda. One bedroom per apartment has a flat screen television with WIFI connection. You can choose between a Queen size double bed or twin beds, all of them are high quality box springs.
Every apartment has a few hammocks to use in the garden, bedroom or veranda, where ever you want to relax.
BEACH VILLA Camurupim is located in a quiet part of the village of Guajiru. As the road ends in Guajiru there is little traffic passing by, except for the buggies or 4×4’s that continue their ride over the beach. You feel the presence of the ocean, long stretches of beaches and the dunes in all parts of the villa. You have great views to all sides, with the ocean in front of you and the dunes in the back, and you always feel the wind which makes the climate so pleasant.

About us
We are a Dutch couple, that fell in love with the fishermen’s town of Guajiru around 2012 or so.
We were travelling along the Brazilian coastline with our kites when we took the turn from the main road to a dead-end road passing Trairi and leading to three little villages called Mundau, Flecheiras and Gaujiru. We are still very happy we took that turn!
First time we arrived in Guajiru we had to ask around if it was possible to kite around here. There were just a few kitesurfers in the area, but they seemed to keep coming back year after year. We found out why. The conditions are very good from July until December. Steady wind, good surf and a very comfortable temperature of the seawater.
We got connected with some local guys and the english owners of the only hotel in Guajiru. We were immediately caught by the great atmosphere and the strong authentic local community. Although other parts of Brazil seemed a bit rough and violent, Guajiru felt like a safe village where everybody knows eachother and where you feel at ease.
The next year we returned to stay for 4 weeks only in Guajiru, to see if our ‘summer love’ would still stand. It did!
We took our time (let’s say a few years) to buy a piece of land and to make the plans what to do with it. And changed the plan…. and changed it once again. The result is something we really created ourselves and, although against many other (reasonably) opinions, we really believed in.
We are very pleased to combine our love for architecture and this beautiful village in our BEACH VILLA Camurupim. We hope you will enjoy the luxury of these modern apartments just as much as we do. Once you have been on our roof top terrace…..
